Amends the definition of "Armed Forces" across multiple North Carolina statutes to include the United States Space Force alongside the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard

Updates conforming language in laws governing venue for civil actions, foreclosure protections during military service, document acknowledgments, divorce residency requirements, child custody proceedings, and military voting provisions to include Space Force

Extends eligibility for in-state tuition benefits and NC School of Science and Mathematics admission to dependents of Space Force members stationed in North Carolina

Allows religious property owners to file late property tax exemption applications covering the five calendar years preceding the law's effective date, with approved applications resulting in release of levied taxes (but no refunds of taxes already paid)

Ratified June 19, 2025 and signed by Governor Josh Stein on June 26, 2025, effective immediately upon becoming law
