Strengthens ticket price transparency rules by requiring ticket sellers and resellers to disclose total prices upfront, caps order processing fees at actual payment processing costs, and requires disclosure of total ticket inventory 72 hours before sales begin

Authorizes the Attorney General to enforce violations with civil penalties up to $5,000 per violation and treat violations as unfair trade practices; effective October 1, 2025
