Temporarily increases the maximum weekly unemployment insurance benefit to $600 during declared disasters under the Emergency Management Act, for the duration of the disaster declaration

Requires the Division of Employment Security to earmark funds within the Unemployment Insurance Fund as a dedicated reserve for paying enhanced disaster benefits

Mandates annual reporting to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Unemployment Insurance beginning January 1, 2027, detailing fund projections and earmarks

Requires Division certification that sufficient funds are earmarked before enhanced benefits can take effect; if funds are insufficient, the General Assembly must separately enact the temporary enhancement
