Exempts nationally certified reflexologists from licensure requirements under the NC Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy if they hold current certification from the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB)

Extends exemption to reflexology students working toward ARCB certification under supervision of an ARCB-certified reflexologist, provided they complete certification within 12 months

Defines reflexology as manual techniques including thumb- and finger-walking, hook and backup, and rotating-on-a-point applied to reflex areas predominantly on feet and hands

Effective date: October 1, 2025
