Maintains existing exemptions for private single-family pools and pools offered through sharing economy platforms (like Airbnb) that meet safety requirements including 4-foot fencing, signage, lifesaving equipment, and proper maintenance

Reorganizes G.S. 130A-280 by moving definitions for "public swimming pool" and "artificial swimming lagoon" into a separate definitions subsection for clarity
