Creates a new Class 3 misdemeanor for trespassing on unposted land to hunt, fish, trap, or access public trust waters without written permission from the property owner, lessee, or agent

Maintains Class 2 misdemeanor for trespassing on posted property for hunting, fishing, trapping, or accessing public trust waters without written permission

Increases the minimum fine for trespassing violations involving deer on posted property from $500 to $1,000

Establishes that a second or subsequent violation of the unposted land trespass provision within three years becomes a Class 2 misdemeanor, and a third or subsequent violation of posted land trespass triggers a two-year hunting license suspension

Becomes effective October 1, 2025, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date
