Legislative Library must send documentation requests to all active boards, committees, and commissions requiring current membership, last reported minutes, bylaws, and reporting entity lists

Boards that fail to respond within 120 days or have not met within the previous 12 months will be added to a compiled list of nonresponsive entities

Compiled list will be submitted to the Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee

Committee must recommend legislation to the 2026 Regular Session to repeal all boards and commissions on the nonresponsive list

Effective immediately upon becoming law
