Extends the authorization for using private security guards at state prisons from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027

Allows the Department of Adult Correction to use available funds for repair and renovation projects up to $1 million without standard budget restrictions, and authorizes use of $1,612,481.14 from prior capital projects for HVAC improvements

Permits certified probation/parole officers working in training roles at the Office of Staff Development and Training to maintain eligibility for supplemental retirement benefits
