Appropriates $4,095,000 in nonrecurring funds for FY 2025-2026: $95,000 for recruitment/onboarding, $3,000,000 for short-term audit infrastructure contracts, and $1,000,000 for additional office space

Appropriates $12,200,000 in recurring funds annually for the 2025-2027 biennium: $6,700,000 to hire 70 new full-time staff, $500,000 for a 3% staff compensation increase, and $5,000,000 for IT modernization and security upgrades

State Auditor must submit a report to the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations by December 31, 2025, detailing fund usage, audits conducted, fraud findings, and technology investment impacts
