Prohibits the Commissioner from requiring any specific amount or course of instruction for insurance producer license applicants

Removes pre-licensing education requirements for out-of-state producers seeking North Carolina licensure, while maintaining the examination requirement

Becomes effective October 1, 2025, applying to license applications submitted on or after that date
