Expands the General Statutes Commission membership from 13 to 14 members by adding a representative from High Point University School of Law

The new member will be appointed by the dean of the High Point University School of Law

High Point University's appointment will be made in odd-numbered years, following the same schedule as Campbell University's law school appointment

All appointments serve two-year terms beginning September 1 and expiring August 31 two years later

Effective immediately upon becoming law
