Removes window tint from the scope of vehicle safety inspections, limiting window-related inspections to windshield wipers only

Eliminates the $10.00 fee for inspecting after-factory tinted windows with a light meter

Requires drivers of vehicles with tinted windows to roll down the driver side window when approached by a law enforcement officer, or the passenger window if the officer approaches from that side

Effective December 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
