Requires providers of life insurance, health insurance, and other fringe benefits to county and city employees to submit annual compensation disclosures to the local government

Covered providers include agents, brokers, consultants, third-party administrators, pharmacy benefits managers, and insurance companies

Disclosures must detail all income paid directly or indirectly to the provider, including commissions, bonuses, consulting fees, administrative fees, and management compensation for shared risk arrangements

Providers must affirm that none of the compensation paid by the county or city has been provided to any local government employee or elected official, directly or indirectly
