Creates a new structural class definition for nitazene derivatives (benzimidazole-based opioids), allowing law enforcement to control future chemical variants without requiring individual scheduling of each compound

Updates fentanyl derivative naming conventions and expands the substituted cathinones definition to include cycloalkyl modifications at the nitrogen atom

Adds two new synthetic cannabinoid structural classes (indazole carboxaldehydes and indazole carboxamides) and corrects technical errors in existing controlled substance names
