Creates a new expedited legal process allowing property owners to remove unauthorized occupants (squatters) from residential property through law enforcement, with hearings held within 48 hours of service and removal orders requiring vacating within 4 hours

Defines "unauthorized person" as someone with no legal claim, no valid rental agreement, and who has never paid rent to the owner—explicitly excludes holdover tenants whose leases have expired

Requires sheriffs to serve complaints within 24 hours; appeals go to district court with a minimum $10,000 bond required for unauthorized persons seeking to appeal

Grants immunity from liability to law enforcement agencies, officers, and magistrates for good-faith actions taken under this process; limits wrongful removal damages to actual damages only (no punitive, treble, or emotional distress damages)

Becomes effective December 1, 2025
