Appropriates $25 million in nonrecurring funds from the General Fund for each year of the 2025-2027 fiscal biennium ($50 million total) to the Division of Child Development and Early Education

Grants available to counties and private employers for child care capacity building, including building construction, renovation, upfitting, expansion costs, furniture and equipment, and playground installation

Recipients must provide a 25% match as a condition of receiving state funds

Grant recipients may use up to 9% of awarded state funds for administrative costs

Effective July 1, 2025
