Appropriates $169 million in nonrecurring funds from the State Capital and Infrastructure Fund to North Carolina Central University for the 2025-2026 fiscal year

Allocates $100 million for campus-wide repairs to address critical HVAC, fire safety, building code deficiencies, and failing plumbing and mechanical systems

Allocates $9 million for roof replacements and building envelope repairs to prevent water damage, mold growth, and structural deterioration

Allocates $60 million to replace failing electrical, storm water, domestic water, and steam distribution infrastructure at end-of-life
