Reinstates the Task Force for Safer Schools to advise the Center for Safer Schools and monitor compliance with notification requirements

Establishes a School Safety Fund with $25 million in initial appropriation for crisis services, mental health resources, and safety equipment, allocated to schools based on average daily membership
