North Carolina courts must give full faith and credit to judgments, decrees, and orders from Catawba Indian Nation Tribal Courts, including limited driving privileges, to the same extent as other states' court orders

Catawba Indian Nation Tribal Police Department and Marshals Service officers gain state law enforcement authority on Catawba trust lands within North Carolina, subject to the same certification requirements as Cherokee law enforcement under Article 1 of Chapter 17C

Catawba Indian Nation is authorized to establish a probation and parole agency, with marshals having access to NC Department of Public Safety probation and parole records for persons under Catawba Tribal Court jurisdiction

First degree trespass provisions extended to Catawba Indian Nation lands, making it a criminal offense to enter after being excluded by resolution of the Catawba Indian Nation Executive Committee, effective December 1, 2025

Catawba Nation Tribal Courts will receive 3 copies of NC appellate division reports, and Catawba Indian Nation law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel become eligible for community college tuition waivers for training courses
