Directs the Department of Health and Human Services to study health issues affecting women who serve in the military, including coordination between VA and non-VA facilities for maternity care, access to social determinants of health resources, and mental health risk factors during prenatal and postpartum periods

Requires the study to address reducing maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity, with particular focus on racial and ethnic disparities in maternal health outcomes

DHHS must solicit feedback from current and former military mothers and consult with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs in conducting the study

Appropriates $100,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Fund to DHHS for fiscal year 2025-2026 to conduct the study

Report with findings and legislative recommendations due to Senate Health Care Committee and relevant oversight committees by April 1, 2026; effective date July 1, 2025
