DIT must study blockchain technology integration for State records, license verification, and procurement transparency, with findings due to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Information Technology within 12 months

Office of Digital Transformation created within DIT to expand online government services including digital licensing, tax payment portals, and mobile-friendly platforms; act effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030
