Adds a new exemption to North Carolina's ban on viewing pornography on government networks and devices for Department of Adult Correction (DAC) employees

Permits DAC staff to access prohibited content when investigating matters involving incarcerated offenders or individuals under DAC supervision

Allows exemption for investigations related to misuse of devices owned by the Department of Adult Correction

Effective immediately upon becoming law and applies retroactively to investigations performed before, on, or after the effective date
