Expands the definition of "epinephrine product" in North Carolina schools to include nasal sprays in addition to traditional auto-injectors with concealed needles

Requires each public school, charter school, and regional school to store a minimum of two epinephrine products in a secure but unlocked and easily accessible location

Authorizes students with anaphylaxis to possess and self-administer prescribed epinephrine products (including nasal spray) on school property, during school-sponsored activities, and in transit

Requires designated school personnel to receive initial and annual training on storage and emergency use of epinephrine products from a school nurse or local health department representative

Effective upon becoming law, applying beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
