Lyson (At the request of the Commission on Legal Counsel for Indigents) A BILL for an Act to create and enact section 11-09.1-14 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to expenses for indigent defense services in home rule counties; and to amend and reenact subsection 4 of section 12.1-32-08, section 27-20-49, and subsections 1, 2, and 3 of section 29-07-01.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the payment of and reimbursement for indigent defense attorney's fees and expenses.
