A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 43-32 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to licensing of psychologists; to amend and reenact sections 43-32-01, 43-32-8.1, 43-32-13, 43-32-17, 43-32-20, 43-32-20.1, and 43-32-27, subsection 1 of section 43-32-27.1, and section 43-32-30 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to licensing of psychologists and the practice of psychology; and to repeal section 43-32-19 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to licensing of psychologists.
