Klein A BILL for an Act to create and enact chapter 26.1-33.4 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the national conference of insurance legislators Life Settlements Model Act; to amend and reenact subsections 19 and 21 of section 10-04-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of the terms viatical or life settlement contract and security; to repeal chapter 26.1-33.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to viatical settlement contracts; and to provide a penalty.
