Introduced by Sen. Freborg, Holmberg, Nelson A BILL for an Act to create and enact section 12-60-08.1 and a new subsection to section 12-60-16.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the power of the attorney general to issue administrative subpoenas for bureau investigations and the duty of criminal justice agencies to enter warrants into the central warrant information system; and to amend and reenact subsections 1, 2, 3, 9, and 12 of section 12.1-32-15 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to registration requirements for sexual offenders and offenders against children.
