Cook A BILL for an Act to create and enact section 57-15-01.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to property tax levy increase limitations; to amend and reenact sections 11-09.1-04 and 40-05.1-05, subsection 15 of section 57-02-01, and sections 57-02-11, 57-02-27, 57-09-04, 57-11-04, 57-12-05, and 57-12-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to home rule authority, property tax increase limitations, determination of true and full value, and appeals of property tax assessments; and to provide an effective date.
