Krebsbach, Lyson A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 39-03.1, a new section to chapter 54-52, and chapter 54-52.7 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to public employee supplemental retiree benefit payments and a supplemental defined contribution retirement plan for certain employees of the bureau of criminal investigation; to amend and reenact sections 54-52-14.3 and 54-52-26 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to use and investment of public employee retirement funds and confidentiality of records of the public employees retirement system; to provide a penalty; to provide an appropriation; and to provide a continuing appropriation.
