Miller A concurrent resolution for the amendment of sections 1, 4, 14, 15, and 16 of article X of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to elimination of property taxes; to repeal sections 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of article X of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to elimination of property taxes, poll taxes, and acreage taxes; to provide for a legislative council study before placement of this measure on the ballot; and to provide an effective date.
