DeKrey, Hofstad, Porter, Ruby A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 20.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to game and fish license fees for residents under eighteen years of age; to amend and reenact subsections 1 and 3 of section 20.1-03-12 and section 20.1-03-12.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to game and fish license fees; and to provide an effective date.
