Belter, Monson, Mueller A BILL for an Act to create and enact chapter 57-33.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to taxation of generation, distribution, and transmission of electric power; to amend and reenact sections 10-13-04, 17-05-12, 49-21.1-01.1, 57-06-03, 57-06-17.3, and 57-60-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to references to assessment and imposition of taxes against centrally assessed electric power companies and taxation of rural electric cooperatives and cooperative electrical generating plants; to repeal chapters 57-33 and 57-33.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to taxation of rural electric cooperatives and cooperative electrical generating plants; to provide a penalty; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
