Hofstad, Martinson, Wrangham A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 57-39.2-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an exemption from sales tax for receipts from coin-operated amusement or entertainment machines; to amend and reenact subsections 17, 18, and 19 of section 57-39.2-01 and subsection 1 of section 57-39.2-02.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an exemption from sales tax for receipts from coin-operated amusement or entertainment machines; and to provide an effective date.
