Allocates $32,850 in enhancements above base level funding for the 2011-13 biennium.

Designates the grandstand constructed by the state fair association on the state fairgrounds during the 2009-11 biennium as the Iverson grandstand.

Adds the designation to chapter 4-02.1 of the North Dakota Century Code.
