Allocates $1,363,602 from the state general fund and $1,854,860 from estimated income including federal funds and other sources

Maintains 5.00 full-time equivalent positions for the Council on the Arts during the biennium

Clarifies that no one-time funding items are included in the 2011-13 appropriation, unlike the previous 2009-11 biennium which included $347,450 in one-time funding

Appropriates all income from the cultural endowment fund to the Council on the Arts for furthering cultural arts in the state during the 2011-13 biennium
