Amends North Dakota Century Code section 65-05.1-08 to establish a vocational rehabilitation grant program for injured workers and survivors of workers who died from compensable injuries.

Organization may award grants up to $100,000 annually to promote skills upgrading and completion of remedial educational requirements for injured employees within the vocational rehabilitation process.

Funding for grants comes on a continuing basis from uncommitted moneys in the educational revolving loan fund.

Grant eligibility requirements and determinations are established by the organization based on specified criteria.
