Amends section 65-02-20 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding the workers' compensation managed care program's information and analysis requirements.

Final reports of information compiled and analysis performed under the managed care program relating to patterns of treatment, medication prescription, cost, or outcomes by health care providers are confidential and not open to public inspection unless they identify a specific health care provider, except to the injured employee.

All other information compiled and analysis performed under the managed care program that is not a final report remains confidential.

Employees, employers, or medical providers disputing a managed care decision must request binding dispute resolution, which is not subject to chapter 28-32 or section 65-01-16.

Court review of dispute resolution decisions is limited: medical provider payment disputes are not reviewable; employee disputes are reviewable only if medical treatment is denied; employer disputes are reviewable only if medical treatment is awarded; decisions may be reversed only for abuse of discretion.
