Increases multiplier values across the entire impairment scale, with changes ranging from modest adjustments at lower percentages (e.g., 10% multiplier increases for 10-15% impairment) to significant increases at higher percentages (e.g., 1500 multiplier for 100% impairment).

Establishes a comprehensive schedule with multipliers for all whole body impairment percentages from 1% to 100%, creating higher benefit payouts for workers with documented permanent impairments.

Applies to all impairment evaluations performed on or after the bill's effective date.
