Amends Section 12.1-34-03 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding responsibilities of victims and witnesses in criminal cases.

Expands notification requirement to include "the system" in addition to law enforcement, prosecutors, custodial authority, parole board, pardon clerk, and court.

Changes reference from "address information" to broader "contact information" that must remain confidential.

Allows domestic violence and sexual assault organizations (as defined in Section 14-07.1-01) to receive victim and witness contact information as an exception to the confidentiality requirement.

Passed with overwhelming support: House vote 92-0 (2 absent) and Senate vote 44-2 (1 absent).
