Amends North Dakota Century Code section 53-06.1-03 to modify regulations on charitable gaming permits issued by city and county governing bodies.

Organizations with a charity local permit may conduct raffles, bingo, sports pools, paddlewheels, twenty-one, and poker with a maximum primary prize of six thousand dollars and total annual prizes not exceeding twelve thousand dollars.

Changes the frequency limitation for poker events from one event per year to two poker occasions per year, while allowing unlimited other games under the charity local permit.

Charity local permit holders must use chips as wagers, redeem chips for merchandise or cash prizes, and disburse net income to eligible uses as defined in section 53-06.1-11.1.

Requires charity local permit organizations to file reports with the governing body and attorney general, and prohibits paying employee remuneration for personal services.
