Establishes a legislative management health care reform review committee during the 2011-12 interim to monitor the impact of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.

Committee membership must include the chairmen of the house and senate human services committees and the chairmen of the house and senate industry, business and labor committees, with replacement members appointed from the same legislative chamber if any chairman is unwilling or unable to serve.

Committee shall report to legislative management before any special session if one becomes necessary to adopt legislation in response to federal health care legislation.

Committee must report its findings, recommendations, and any required implementing legislation to legislative management, which shall forward the report to the sixty-third legislative assembly.
