Changes language in electronic voting system requirements from "persons" to "individuals" and modifies language regarding primary election voting to allow cross-party voting across different offices while prohibiting cross-party voting within the same office.

Modifies the primary election ballot warning language from "You may vote for the candidates of only one party" to "You may vote for a candidate from any party at the primary election" with clarification that voters may only vote for candidates from one party for any single office.

Updates the ballot instruction language to specify that voters may cast votes in multiple party columns but only for one party per office, with votes for multiple parties in the same office being rejected for that office only.

Adds a new section establishing that on any primary election ballot, a voter may vote for candidates from any party, but may vote for candidates from only one party for any one office, with voting for multiple parties for one office invalidating the vote for that office.

Updates election official notification requirements to inform voters that if they vote for candidates of more than one party for any one office, their votes for that office will be rejected.
