Amends North Dakota Century Code section 16.1-09-03 to replace the term "person" with "individual" throughout the disclosure requirements for candidates and appointed officers.

Requires disclosure of the principal source of income for both the candidate or appointee and their spouse, as defined in state income tax returns.

Mandates identification of each nonemployment income source of $50,000 or more and the total nonemployment income earned by the candidate or appointee and their spouse during the preceding year.

Requires listing of businesses, trusts, and associations or institutions with which the filer and their spouse are affiliated or serve as director or officer, and which may be affected by legislative or official action.

Requires disclosure of the identity and names of all business offices, business directorships, and fiduciary relationships held by the filer and their spouse during the preceding calendar year.
