Provides landowners the ability to request hearings before county or city weed boards to stay weed control efforts, with appeals available to county commissioners or city governing bodies respectively.

Allows weed control officers to perform control measures and charge resulting expenses against the landowner's property as part of real estate taxes if remedial requirements are not met.
