Amends section 4-02-27.3 of the North Dakota Century Code to allow county commissioners to sell property used for county fair purposes and place proceeds in the county fair fund for fair purposes.

Permits county commissioners to transfer unexpended county fair fund balances to the county general fund if the county fails to hold a fair for two successive years.

Repeals section 4-02-06 of the North Dakota Century Code relating to the filing of agricultural fair exhibition dates.
