Amends Section 64-02-01 of the North Dakota Century Code to revise definitions related to weighing and measuring devices.

Expands the definition of "weighing or measuring device" to explicitly include instruments used at public warehouses or facilities to measure grain protein content.

Maintains existing definitions for "calibrate," "commission," "test," and "transient vendor" with no substantive changes to those terms.

Clarifies that calibration does not include field repair of weighing or measuring devices.
