Amends North Dakota Century Code section 12.1-27.1-03.3 to establish class A misdemeanor penalties for creating or possessing sexually expressive images without written consent from individuals depicted who have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Prohibits distributing or publishing sexually expressive images electronically or otherwise with intent to cause emotional harm or humiliation to individuals depicted who have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Makes distribution or publication unlawful after receiving notice from an individual, parent, or guardian that they do not consent to dissemination of the sexually expressive image.
