Allows applicants licensed as reflexologists in another state to obtain North Dakota licensure if they meet or exceed board requirements, pay applicable fees, and have no imposed or pending disciplinary actions.

Requires reflexologists to renew licenses annually before June 1st by submitting a renewal fee of $25 to $100 (amount set by board) and proof of attending a reflexology seminar at least once during the preceding three years.

Mandates licenses be conspicuously displayed at the place of practice and recorded within thirty days of issuance in the county recorder's office where the reflexologist practices.

Prohibits reflexologists from using lotions, creams, or mechanical devices in applying reflexology, and from diagnosing diseases, performing joint manipulations, prescribing or adjusting prescription medication, or prescribing or administering vitamins.
