Legislative management shall study during the 2011-12 interim the feasibility and desirability of exempting health-related clinic purchases from sales and use taxes.

Study must address under what circumstances, if any, purchases by health-related clinics should be exempt from sales and use taxes.

Legislative management shall report findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the sixty-third legislative assembly.
