Provides immunity from civil liability for persons engaged in selling, supplying, handling, or transporting liquefied petroleum gas if loss, damage, or injury results from unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs by uncertified persons.

Applies only to fixed liquefied petroleum gas fuel systems with a maximum operating pressure of 125 pounds per square inch or less, including container assembly, pressure regulator, piping system, gas utilization equipment, and venting system in residential, commercial, or institutional installations.

Immunity applies only when alterations, modifications, or repairs were completed without the knowledge and consent of the liquefied petroleum gas dealer or supplier, or by a person not certified to repair the equipment or appliance.

Takes effect on the date of enactment and applies to all alleged injuries, damages, or losses occurring on or after the effective date.
